The new production of electro parts for Infantry fighting vehicles BMP-1 and BMP – 2. Fully compatibile with old electrical parts intended to heating control of TNPO-170, TNPO-170A or others periscopes up to current load of 15 A ( possibility of increasing up to 25 A ). Ensuring of temperature control is performed in cooperation with built-in thermistors in periscopes and with control box RTS-27-1A.
Casing of products is constructed of solid aluminium alloy which, in addition to protective function, also work as apassive cooler. Despite its massive construction, the product is very light .
According to used material, rusting is excluded. Oxidation is prevented by the base paint on zinc foundation. Second layer is characterized by their machanical attributes. On the end of surface treatment, as whole is covered by transparent lacquer. Installed cable connectors are identical with connectors on existing electrical instalation. Constructed to high current load.
Carefully designed and manufactured own Circuit board allow to use the connectors and thus make possible repair EASY / SECURE / FAST. This design multiplies the life-time and givving us the oportinuty to offer to the customers a longer waranty.
In order to extend the service life-time we using UV curable solder mask for protection against oxidation and prevent solder bridges from forming between closely spaced solder pads.
